A 2x2 between subjects factorial design was used. Participants had to listen to the judge and complete a questionnaire that was designed to mea sure juror decision making processes. The limitations in this experiment was that there was difficulties in recreating a realistic and involving simulation that captures the realistic view of a capitol trial.
